Go and get it seen, the sooner the better, my best friend found out last week she had breast cancer they operate on her today as it happens, because they cought it early she's not looking at having a mastectomy, don't leave it till its to late

Don't start worrying until you get a diagnosis and even if it IS testicular cancer, most are very treatable.
