Had sciatica for some weeks now, been going for physio and was told that the best, but obviously not necessarily the most realistic solution, was complete rest!

But don't think he'd be too impressed if he knew that on a couple of occasions, right after physio I was off to meet a lady!! lol And complete rest wasn't on the agenda!!
