I agree with you too. I had some issues down there recently too but luckily for me a quick trip to the docs and an ultra sound later I was told everything was ok.

Good for you for getting them checked. My son and nephew both had testicular cancer a few years ago. Never want to live through that again. Both in remission. The very best of luck op

Check mine frequently. Had a bit of a scare when I first started checking them, but found out it was where the vas deferens connects to my left testicle

It's a great habit to get into.

Best wishes for your treatment.

...It's more prone in young men, it's one of the few cancers that the risk goes down as you get older.

I did watch a very good documentary on it a few years back as it's prevalence has been increasing massively in the last 40 years and they think due to the amount of extra female hormones in the water supply.

Glad you found it early op. I'm sure you'll be fine!!!

My dad ignored his cancer symptoms and died - as do thousands of other guys who think they're infallible or are too afraid to visit a doctor. I'd give anything to have a time machine and drag my dad to the doctor - as would thousands of other fabbers, i'm sure!! Xx

Shes a major worrier and would panic and make here self ill if i do! But im feeling so guilty that i havent told her! Id like to keep it from her til its done and had the all clear! Do you think its wrong of me?

Please tell your mum. From someone who has had breast cancer and had to tell my mum who has had it it's not easy to do but she can be there for you. Try and put yourself in her shoes and how you would feel if it was the other way round. I am here as well for you if you want some moral support

Tell your Mum, yes it'll be hard, yes she'll be upset and yes she'll worry. But regardless of your age, you're her baby, and she'll want to know and be there for you and support you, and celebrate with with you when you recover and get the all clear, (an outcome I'm hoping for you soon by the way). You need her and much she needs to know. Good luck honey, I wish you all the best from here on in xx

Tell your mum. She'll be devastated you haven't told her. I've had this conversation with mine. She's a worrier too and didn't tell me something similar. I was upset and we swore we'd always tell each other so we could be there for each other. If I was her I'd want to know.

Best wishes for your op and treatment

Fabville !!!

Good advice I have worked that dept..seen many patients who had either checked and said "oh I did not think it would be anything" or the ones who dont check.

Please please check and keep checking ..even if you think things dont feel quite normal. Dont feel embarrassed if it is nothing but go to the docs .. caught early something can be done ..

Stay safe xx
