Oh I didn't know those were a thing either.

I have learned I can no longer get my leg behind my head. Time to start some yoga or something, I'm getting inflexible in my old age

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I've not learned but remembered that I can take fresh, raw food and make a meal.

That may not sound like much but for the queen of zappable food, it's significant.

Newcastle and Gateshead

some really old telephone exchanges can't cope or don't have the capacity for 11 digit numbers... hence why a few dotted around the place still have 10 digits...

anyway.. what did i learn today...

I am stoopid.... i always thought that 1 x 400mg tablet of ibruprofen was stronger that 2 x 200mg tablets.....

I feel like I have been fleeced by boots the chemist for years..... 4 quid for 24 400mg tablets.... my local shop does 2 x 16 200mg tablets for a quid.......

all that money could have been spent on condoms!!!!

Get the condoms free from the GUM clinic and spend the money on wine

Central

Needed some ibuprofen today too and 16 x 200 mg are about 30p in Morrisons, so sure we could find them cheaper if we look around.
