I've suffered from night sweats for about 20 years now, and I can't bloody stand them!

Every night?

I get them every night (I bleed).

No, I can go a few weeks without then 2/3 nights in a row!

It's bloody awful, as I wake up soaked, cold, it's literally running down me

Mentioned it to a female doctor when I first started getting them and she just said, 'maybe your having nightmares'

So I've never bothered since

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Get yourselves a Chillow. It's a cold pillow and it really helps. It got me through my peri and menopausal night sweats.

Reducing cholesterol is supposed to help too.
