Is it just me, or have they increased their prices this year, and yet when I now try and watch Arsenal v Anderlecht I am being told I need to upgrade?? I am so incensed I have just tried to cancel my subscription but funnily enough the number is out of order.

I pay them over £80 a month, I want to watch it in the comfort of my armchair with my slippers on!

to give them a little credit sky sports 5 has been there for 3 months... and for the first 6 weeks it did say "to activate ss5...press the red button".....

I did that and it was working fine until now.
