I like this one I like it a lot lol. Clown shoes too though and a clown car for hot pursuit.

We have matrix vans by us that seem to hold an awful lot of police officers so they might already be trying this out discreetly before moving into full clown

i now have images of coopers dressed as clowns pursuing a car down the motor way in a little car with a red nose on the front, think of the money they would save they could get the while force in that one little car
