I know last week a young lad was threatened and verbally abused while selling poppies but not sure where, they arrested someone though. Downright bloody disgusting

Just read it, that's two in a week the first one was abused and threatened. Thankfully it says this lads injuries are minor still doesn't take away the shock and fear factor for the poor lad

From what I heard on Thursday in London we had one incident with 2 polish guys. Nothing major just being abusive.

Big sense of pride Thursday with all colours and creeds and ages buying a Poppy. So I do hope it's completely isolated and the shits are found and brought to justice.

why would his sexuality be important ?

he was victim to an unprovoked attack

I think you may be right, the press in particular would deem it thus. Whatever it is, it's a shocking attack on an innocent young lad.

I hope the perpetrators are caught and justice is served, and the young lad makes a speedy and full recovery.
