we are doing shoulder pork joint with garlic, spring onion and ginger glaze

roast and mashed spuds

cauli, carrots and broccoli

onion and mushroom gravy

We're having slow cooked beef stew, putting in the carrots and pots. Roast parsnips and Yorkshire puddings. It's not sunday without them.

sunday roast was generally done for 3pm round here for years cos the pubs used to shut at 2.30

I do have some silicon moulds for yorkie Puds I,ve only just learnt that you Don,t need to fill them up to the top With batter, you only need so much In Each mould they soon rise otherwise They Get to thick make a meal In themselves..
