Whatever you wanna put in it really I make my own fajita stuffing then if I don't use it all I freeze the mix and left over wraps and hey presto when I can't be arsed to cook I get said ingredients out the freezer | |||

Dark or Light? How long in the oven?" soy to inderividual taste. I use dark and just drizzle it over the frozen steak. 30 minutes to an hour depending on the ones you get .Iceland and lidal do lovely ones .Morrisons do great ones but more expensive. One of the favourite meals in our house and actually a lot of eating in the tuna | |||

" One-pot chicken pilaf ..... Cooking time Prep: 5 mins Cook: 20 mins Servings Serves 1 Keep the washing-up down to an absolute minimum with this one-pot supper - you can even eat it out of the cooking dish! Ingredients 1 tsp sunflower oil 1 small onion, chopped 1 large or 2 small boneless, skinless chicken thigh fillets, cut into chunks 2 tsp curry paste (choose your favourite) a third of a mug basmati rice two-thirds of a mug chicken stock 1 mug frozen mixed vegetables half a mug frozen leaf spinach 1.Heat the oil in a frying pan, then fry the onion for 5-6 mins until softened. Add the chicken pieces, fry for a further couple of mins just to colour the outside, then stir in curry paste and rice. Cook for another min. 2.Pour in the chicken stock and throw in any larger bits of frozen veg. Bring to the boil, lower the heat, then cover the pan with a lid. Cook for 10 mins, then stir in the remaining veg. Scatter over the spinach, cover, then cook for 10 mins more until all the stock is absorbed and the rice is tender. Give everything a good stir, season to taste, then tuck in. " | |||

" Toad in the Hole. serves 1 Ingredients 1 egg 50g plain flour, sifted pinch of salt 150ml whole milk 2 sausages one small tray that will accomodate two sausages and wiggle room flavourless oil Method Whisk together the salt, egg, milk and flour until there is no lumps and leave aside for an hour. Preheat your oven to 200 deg C and lightly roast the sausages in a little oil / fat until they are starting to brown. Remove the sausages and add more fat, it should cover the whole of the bottom of the pan (or you won’t get a nice crisp bottom). Heat in the oven then add the sausages and pour in the batter until it comes half way up the sausages. Put the leftover batter in another small tin with fat to cook a Yorkshire pudding. Or make a second one. Roast for 20 minutes, the pastry will puff up and crisp. Eat with gravy and lots of it and mash and veg and good even for a Sunday lunch. x " Really Really tempting.
