I feel sooooo guilty ............ had a very close friend killed in Iraq, this is the first year I wont be going to lay a poppy for him as im going away.

Hope he's looking down on me with a beer in one hand and a shot in the other smilling with his infectious smile.

Disappointed I can't buy a poppy to place on the local war memorial for my granddads brother killed in WW1.

Didn't even know they were for sale till they were all gone!

one of many charities that do in fairness, by no means the only one...and I did, and work hard supporting them in my daily work, both veterans and serving soldiers...yet still think it's worth showing my support by pasting a poppy

I have a monthly direct debit to the RBL as one of my chosen charities and have been involved with them in many ways since I was small...you shouldn't assume things about people you know nothing about. ... her saying this.
