I can gurantee one hour of cardio/gym stuff a day and will aim to lose 2 stone.

I promised Sasha a 6 pack for Christmas, I am doing a little bit each day in an attempt to keep my promise but I am adding a few single guy profiles to our hotlist as a back-up

One of my new years resolutions was to recover my 6 pack. It's been lost for 20yrs or so. 6 months in and still no signs of it

I've been a regular gym goer for 30odd yrs now, but mainly do weights. I walk the dog every day and for an old fooker, I'm not in bad shape. I reckon I need to lose at least a stone and a half to be able to see my pack again though.

So all for one and one for all then, lets have a mass vow to get fitter
