This is a blatant sympathy thread. Have had man flu (a cold) for a week now. Have been getting on with things without moaning (much!), despite feeling crap. Just when I thought I was getting better have spent half the night awake (I will spare you the details ). Now in bed really sorry for myself

ginger beer and sage - not together i might add - are supposed to be good for the belly - ginger is good for your cold too
