So relax your body from your feet upwards. Let all that tension and tightness go.

Pay attention to your breathing for a few breaths- not trying to change it, just increasingly aware of it.

Then allow your outbreaths to be about twice as long as your in breaths.

Before you know it you will be enjoying tantric sexual pleasures. Right now it's time to soothe yourself, your fulfillment can come a little later.

Continue those deep easy breaths, noticing any stress disappearing with each out breath.
