Well I was a regular gym going for a couple of years, but got out of the routine of going about a year ago, I know my strength his plummeted over the last 12 months, and I do a physical job, so a new gym is opening up close to me in three weeks time, so I have been and signed up for a 12 month contract, Not looking forward to starting the hard work, but do hope I can get back in the shape I was a year ago
