Bad - I've never met a Yank.

No seriously,

Good - Friendly people and the one's I've met have always been good decent people.

Bad - A lot of the country is really insulated from the rest of the world and I think there is too much insularity and a lack of awareness that the rest of the world may not agree with them.

American cars have always been iconic. Big V8's, simple engineering and aggressive designs. They were usually awful when it came to handling and braking though (suspension from the dark ages). Thankfully they're getting better...

I lived in Texas for 4yrs and loved it. Made some great friends and my accent enabled me to date girls way out if my league

country side is amazing. I've worked in wyoming and colorado. The service in restaurants, cafes etc is fantastic, they want you to tip them, they don't just assume you will.

I really missed the green green grass of home. I didn't like the amount of poverty. And the amount of people who take crystal meth. Shocking!
