Earliest memory?

A bit random for a Swinging forum I know, but what is the earliest thing in your life you can remember?

For me I was in my cot and I recall my Dad getting up early to go to work, I remember hearing the front door shut and the sound of his van driving off.

No idea why that memory should have stuck as my earliest one - can you remember yours?

Brighton - even Hove!

I remember being in my pram under a tree. My mother said I would have been about a year old.

I burnt my hand on a fire when I was kid...I can still remember that like it was yesterday...

I was probably about 1 year old.

Also, I can remember my mum washing my mouth out with soap.

I was a mouthy little shit back then.

I was about 3 and laying in my bed. A bird flew into the room and scared me. I remember my mum saying to my dad I must have had a nightmare because I was crying

Sunderland

I can remember being small and in our flat that my mam was buying. We had a soot fall I was rescued by a fireman. A common problem in the late 1960's.

Riding a tricycle down the garden and hearing the children at the primary school at the bottom of our street playing in the playground. I would have been 2 to 3

I remember standing on the beach in Barry Island looking out to sea. I was wearing a frilly dress and my mum had taken off my socks and sandals so the sea could lap over my toes
