Its hard enough for a bloke to take one off a woman when she's lying face down or at least has her back to you, well it is for this one.

I struggle taking selfies in a mirror never mind all that lacing to undo when you can't see what your doing.

flexible arms and patience... Mine are all steel boned, tight lacing, and it is possible to do.

I've only worn mine indoors yet. And after a hr I can't wait to get it off

Training and practice. Start wearing it for small amounts of time - maybe 30 minutes a couple of times a week, and build it up.

I can wear mine all night, and do have slightly sore ribs the next day, but nothing unmanageable.
