"Yes. I'm on a low carb diet and I use it in place of sugar when cooking sometimes." I really only have sugar in tea and coffee but the chemical sweeteners give me the heebie jeebies!! Lol | |||

Lol " I'm the same. I drink diet drinks sometimes but I try to avoid aspartame in favour of sucralose. Even though I don't have sugar or sweeteners in coffee, cutting out sugar completely makes it tricky to avoid sweeteners entirely. | |||

All of the big name diet fizzy drinks use aspartame with the exception of the new Coke variant. It's still relatively difficult to find diet drinks with sucralose. A lot of supermarket own brands are, which is fine if you want 2l bottles. If you only want a small bottle it's sugar, aspartame or just plain water. | |||
