Anyone use this? I've seen it advertised a few times as a totally natural sweetener unlike aspartame etc it comes from plants and doesn't affect your blood sugar levels etc.

It's perfect if you want to come off all sugars I'd get the little pebble versions though the powdered is very very sweet but great to bake with. And I wouldn't be going to buy it in the health shops either aldi do it for about €4 cheaper!

Yes. I'm on a low carb diet and I use it in place of sugar when cooking sometimes.

I'm the same.

I drink diet drinks sometimes but I try to avoid aspartame in favour of sucralose.

Even though I don't have sugar or sweeteners in coffee, cutting out sugar completely makes it tricky to avoid sweeteners entirely.

I drink one can of cherry Pepsi max a day which I'm pretty sure is aspartame based but I love it!!!

Stevia converts here

Found it a couple of years ago as a great alternative to sugars and sweetners.

stevia is the big new hype.. found in the new life and also trop50. Lets be honest, anything beats aspartmine.

Instead of sugar in your tea or coffee, try natural honey, now that is the way forward

It is. I like it too. I drink it occasionally as well.

All of the big name diet fizzy drinks use aspartame with the exception of the new Coke variant.

It's still relatively difficult to find diet drinks with sucralose. A lot of supermarket own brands are, which is fine if you want 2l bottles. If you only want a small bottle it's sugar, aspartame or just plain water.
