Tip the mattress up, making him fall out of bed, then ask him to sleep in the bath.

Same, I feel your pain! Hoping they'll take my tonsils out in the not too distant future as they are apparently a large factor in my problem. It's a very embarrassing problem

A memory foam mattress stopped a family member from snoring like a Boeing 747.

Best thing I ever bought her

I'm the same lol, got so bad now I have sleep apnea too. I'd never stay at a friend/fb's place because of it.

Nightmare for you, I'm sure it must be scarier for a singer, hope you get sorted soon hun xx

This used to be me ladies, you could hear me down the street ffs but I had my tonsils removed at the end of July

I also had a section out of my pallet and my uvular removed to tighten it at the same time

Horrendous operations when done together as many get infected as mine did BUT omg the results are worth all of the pain and inconvenience believe me

I am now snore free, I sleep through the night and I feel refreshed when I wake, I do make a little bit of sound but it's very minor and not the seep noisy rattling I used to make

Don't let anyone fob you off go for it I've never felt so well

In all seriousness snoring is a big proble for me and has lead/leading to the breakdown in my relationship. I'e been on the sofa for nearly three years now and, like the OP's other half, can be heard through the floor. Well apparently as, of course, i know nothing of it! Tried all the products, breathing strips, watches, matress, etc but nothing stopping it. Been to the ear, nose throat specialist and his only advice was to lose weight which i've been working on.

No sleeping together = no intimacy!

I snore sometimes too. It can be embarrassing but I can't help it.

It's not something I feel at all inclined to have surgery to fix.

It will improve a bit when I lose weight, which will help.

I can't wait for it, I get really bad throat infections and stuff a lot too and had quincy in March, actually the worst I have felt in my entire life, and that should have me to the top of the list, but my weight is an issue, one I'm working on, but until I can conquer that they won't do a thing, it's miserable.

They are sending me for sleep studies though to see how badly it's affecting my sleep pattern and stuff. Fingers crossed I get sorted soon.
