Looking for Idea's or donations for a charity walk for a cancer charity

Hi folks I am going to do a charity walk soon on the west highland way from glasgow to fort william at the end of june beginning of july I have an idea about raising money but am also looking for either sponsorship or donations or other peoples ideas so i can do the walk if you can help in any way or are interested then please get in touch

Not really sure that this is the place to do this kind of advertising.

All power to your elbow and best wishes in doing the walk, but if one person is allowed to canvas for sponsership then it opens the flood gates for everybody and where do we draw the line ?

Not being pedantic but whilst agreeing with Redhot ..you did'nt even say which charity you are raising funds for.

Wear nothing but a sporan!

We did one this way years ago.. Nothing but a fig leaf and walked for 12 hours solid..

Raised a small fortune...

You can ask for ideas but not for sponsorship,im going to close this thread and if you want to write a new one asking just for ideas then thats fine
