Somewhere in North Norfolk

I've got Carmen Electra's Striptease workout DVDs.

I've never even played them!

Beeston

I watched one the other night. I was set there in my pants eating chocolate dougnuts and drinking cheap cider.

I think I may have missed something...

Lifting the food and drink, chewing and swallowing all burn calories y'know.

If you are new to fitness, insanity won't be for you, you'll end up abandoning it as you cannot do all the exercises, but if you are at some fitness level, go for it, do the fit test first, you can download the PDFs online for the timetable. You can also try freeletics, the first work outs are free and you can download it on your tablet + phone, it's tough, or you an also do a freeletics and insanity hybrid workout. good luck

I think it depends on what you are working out for i.e. to lose weight, to build muscle etc.

Cant beat just general CV work, but don't cheat yourself, push hard whatever you are doing else you won't get the benefit

Whatever you eat is calories .. So only eat for hunger not habit . To keep fit join a gym or walk the hills ... Boring but does the job .. Good luck!

I rather go to the gym than give these celebrities my money forvDVD I might throw away.

Plus going to the gum is better cause you can interact with people, watch different techniques in person and seeing others more ripped than you, will make you more competitive to achieve that body you want.

Definitely if you go gym route, you will need a gym buddy that has some fitness experience, not everyone in the gym knows how to lift and get the best out of a movement, but if you wanna lose weight/fat do hiit and calisthenics, to keep you from not losing a lot of muscle as you lose weight, and work out your bmr (do this online) and eat accordingly

Try instructorlive.com - it has a catalogue of classes to suit all levels of fitness, a community to chat to and is excellent.
