You need one of them long handled launchy things that dog owners use to throw tennis balls.

Perhaps modified it to have a shovel head.

I'd say fishnet ones generally will have more give to them. You'd probably be fine with one that went up to an 18 or you could always try a plus size one - I'm a size 18 and that's what I did
