I sometimes don't feel like going to circuit training class but i force myself to do it, and always feel better for it after. | |||

" It's quite addictive...I'm forever flexing my arms to see if my muscles are growing!! Lol.. I've also for a barbell for home in case I can't get to the gym for any reason. Need a step and some dumbells next. X | |||
