Do you still call it home?

I've just travelled back to see my folks and it really feels like home. Shame they're all out at the minute! Cheeky buggers.

I used to having been born in Aylesbury and living there till I was 20 when I moved to Telford. But after a few visits back to Aylesbury and seeing it torn apart and ruined by redevelopers over the years I sadly no longer recognise it as the place I grew up in. Having spent the following 20 years in Telford I now see that as a home, but 2 years ago I left that behind to move to Daventry. I cant see Daventry ever feeling like home, it is shit here and short of a MAJOR redevelopment it always will be. Thats a view shared by lots of people Ive met who have lived here years

Yep - home will always be where I grew up.

Been away longer than I was there, but nowhere else has ever felt properly like home
