So who else is a reformed smoker?

I bought my e-cig 2 months ago and havnt look back, people have said I look better, my teeth are whiter and most importantly I feel so much better!

I did have one drag on a roll up and couple of weeks ago and it was disgusting!

If anyone is thinking about quitting GET AN E-CIG, I couldn't recommend it more!!!

stopped smoking using E cigs over two years ago. I think they are fantastic...well done btw and keep up the good work

Thee other evening when I was out haveing a pint I saw two people with

E-cicarettes that you are mentioning

Its pleaseing to see people makeing

The change or trying to anyway good

Cheers, since Iv been on it I have noticed so many other people on them too, I heard somewhere that the NHS is even thinking about prescribing them

One of the best things the nhs could

Do would be to provide people with

E-cigs on prescription I fully agree.

I think the only thing people are worried about are the 9 toxins that are in them... as opposed to the 11,000 that are in a cigarette

I smoked for 30 years (with a two year break) and my daughter bought me an e-cig for Xmas. Since February I've had two cigs, both of which tasted vile. I love my e-cigs (I have two now), and I love trying different flavours. My favourite is vanilla, closely followed by rhubarb. I even mix them sometimes because I am just that rad

I've been on my e-cig since January & not had a single fag since. There are days when I could kill for one though! Lol

All I need to do now is get rid of the e-cig & I'm sorted. Well, still gotta lose a few pounds, get more toned, do more excercise etc,etc but you get my point.

I started of on the tobacco flavour but have even gone off that now

I have thought about having a cigarette a couple of times, then I did and had to chuck it away after one drag, was horrible!

I find I can breath alot better when I go running now, so it will help with exceeding too I guess

Been on mine for over 6 months now it's brilliant. I'm using a flavour vapour itaste vv it's amazing. Butterscotch is my fav flavour followed by red bull

I tried red bull, wasn't a fan. Its strawberries and cream or bubblegum for me

Seriously though, these aren't that new. I know they've been around for a couple of years at least. I suspect that even our Government would have jumped on them if they were unsafe. As for the Americans...
