Do a Google search for Ultimate Frisbee. It's an American college sport (....obviously with that name) which I have played since i was at uni. Despite it's name it is just the most fun sport ever.

Rugby - Northampton Saints, up until 3 weeks ago I still played (tight head prop since you asked...) However a back injury has meant retirement.

Football - Middlesbrough, born and brought up there.

Cycling is something I do, although I rarely compete. Best ever result was finishing 9th in my age group on a 50km mountain bike event.

Rugby - atill check Moseley's results religiously even though it's several years since I've seen them

Cycling - watch it all, not a fan of the grand tours but love the spring classics and track racing.

Running - love doing it, rarely watch it.

Triathlon - love watching it. It's on tbe bucket list

Have to say I'm very fortunate in that my job is a football coach / PE teacher.

Used to play football but retired through injury at 32.

Recently just taken up golf.

Rugby Union especially but also league, just love the game. Springboks all the wayyyyy!!!! And the Stormers and Western Province back home in Cape Town.

I enjoy watching most sports. Esp football - Liverpool.

rugby union - Gloucester (I get to go to matches fairly often) and England.

Cycling -I cycle and I watch a lot. Esp like Bradley, Geraint Thomas, Cav, Sagan, Marianne Vos, Joanne Rowsell and Laura Trott.

Tennis - I like both watching and playing (less so now due to a bad knee, but cycling helps it).

Football for hubby, played and coached for years but gave it up eventually as he kept breaking things.

Watches a lot though

Kickboxing was my thing for a few years but I gave it up due to time constraints. I'm just a massive fan of fitness now

I feel hubby's pain. I broke wrist twice (3x operations), broke my leg (operation, metal plate still in), retired from playing. Broke collar bone (metal rod still in holding it in place) whilst doing my level 2 coaching badge!!

Oh no!! That's not good, it's beyond frustrating isn't it. I feel so bad for him as he was so passionate.

His last injury was a broken toe though which seriously damaged the joint - it doesn't bend anymore.

Sports are stupid!!! Lol
