Ok, just need to get this off my chest. Hour or so ago, I just had a full on crying session. Few things been backing up on me, work stuff, parent stuff, recent stuff with my best friend's mother in law, words with my mother earlier, thought id feel better after it, but I dont, I feel just the same. Out for dinner tonight with the family, feel like getting off my face but I doubt I will as it wont help anything.

Well, hopefully this will help. I know, its not Thursday rant day but it happened today

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

Having a good cry doesn't always help, so put a quick DVD on and see if a good laugh does.

Sometimes you just need a good cry to get everything out of your system.

If I strip starkers and start doing the helecopter whilst doing the Birdy dance, would that put a smile back on???

Sorry to hear that

Sometimes things come to a head a little cry helps to flush it out of the system.

Don't get off your face, alcohol is a depressant and while you may fell better in the short term, you'll feel worse as it wears off.

Keep smiling, weekend is here!

Hope it all works out OP

I dont have periods anymore. my mum is old and has had stuff herself recently and im her sounding board but coupled with everything else, it was just too much for me to cope with and crying was it pathetically. thank you for your support, its appreciated

great advice tina thank you. well, just two problems really. insurance will sort one out hopefully and my best friends motherinlaw, who i know well, has just been diagnosed with liver and pancreatic cancer, both out of my control. hate feeling helpless, im normally such a strong person, but hey, things took a hold and blubbing occurred. Cant stop the thing with my mum, shes a strong opinionated lady too.
