Love everything about Italy and the Italians. Have enjoyed many family holidays there. Rome and Assisi are my two favourite places in the world. The food , the wine , the climate , the architecture and most importantly the people. Sicily is mental though, it's like everyone gets up at seven and jumps in their cars and drives around in circles all day.

Men are very flirtatious, crossing a road in Rome you take your life into your hands, they drive Fiats and Smart cars and double park all the time, the word for fuck is cazzo, tipping is considered bad manners in some parts, fruit tastes so much better.

"Would love to have a romantic weekend in Rome. I stopped by for a few hours following a work trip and it looked magnifico!!!!"

Its an interesting place, but if you want to see it all in a weekend- forget the romance! You'll be up early, walk miles and miles all day and have aching feet and legs.

Theres ruins and statues round every corner and the food down the back streets is cheap and delicious (in the main bits its still delicious but rather expensive).

You'll have a fab time but you'll have to settle for a nice meal and a quicky on the romance side to see everything in a weekend

They produce the most beautiful cars in the world without a doubt.

I kind of like the food, but am not real fan of pasta.

I would love to visit Rome to see the ancient architecture.

Italian women are beautiful up to an age and then they seem to be very old overnight. When I was in Italy I saw either young beautiful women or old crones in black... there seemed to be nothing in between.

Italian men seem a little sleazy to me. Berlusconi makes my skin crawl.

One thing they seem to be awful at is adminstration and red tape. Electing and keeping governments and corruption.

I love Italy and the Italians their passion is infectious and they always dress to impress. A couple of years ago I worked in Italy almost every month and visited many factories. I just love the way that the girls are always dressed to impress. Unfortunately I have never been with an Italian lady but one can live in hope and I am due to visit soon. The food is also just amazing simple yet elegant but always scrumptious, its hard to control my weight when visiting.

Ciao Bella
