So i applied for one of the forces at the begining of last month, aced the aptitude tests now i have my inter_iew tomorrow afternoon!

Never get nervous for inter_iews but i am for this one any tips?

know what your strengths are and also any development areas, what you are doing to improve on the development areas

have you dealt with conflict, what actions did you take and why

any career breaks, why ?

if changing career, why ?

can you deal with intruction?

team work? are you good in a team, what is your natrural role within the team

have you managed people before

Good luck! I've got one in the morning too. I'm not feeling any pressure about it. I go in with a friendly, professional attitude, but when I walk in that room, my mind is tuned and focused on the fact that they need me, and the jobs already mine

Yeah thats the usual attitude i go in with, its something i want bad which ive never felt before

Went well thanks. But I won't be accepting the job, the package offered doesn't match my current one. But. nothing ventured, nothing gained
