As someone who's mad to get off them, I can emphasise only too well with how bad you feel :/ still, a whole year without is no small feat and having one doesn't mean your back on the wagon, jus stumbled :P

We gave up over 27 years ago and I still get an occasional craving and often dream that I'm smoking.

Just remember, it's only the first couple of cigarettes that taste that nice then it's just a fag and you smoking it for the addiction again and not the taste, just not worth it.

I gave up for a few months a couple of year ago, wish I had kept it up.
