Both, but in different ways.

I could have sex with someone just based on looks, but I couldn't have a long term relationship with them if I didn't like their personality.

I could. and have, had sex with people based more on personality then looks and find that these can develop into long term although the initial attraction of looks was missing.

Personality can make a guy seem more or less attractive. So I think personality has a huge effect on looks.

But I don't think looks has a huge effect on how a personality comes across?
