Someone has copied the whole of your profile or part of it? Is there a president rule wise and can you complain to admin about it?

I read a profile a couple of weeks ago and was like "hang on a minute" that sounds suspiciously like my profile, went away and checked and the cheeky mare had copied it word for word even down to how many "....." it had at the end of the paragraph.

Bloomin cheek...took me ages to think of that
