For a meet?

Today was asked to travel to the midlands from newcastle, and another man told me I was too far. He lives 6 streets away. ..

So whats the cut off for you?

Sense of adventure for me. If I really liked someone I'd travel anywhere.

For me depending in who I was meeting I'd be prepared to travel an hour and a half, probably 50 to 70 miles.

The more appealing the meet, the less onerous the travel seems

Brighton

15 miles or 30 mins in the car. Anything over smacks a little of desperation.

Depends on two things

A) how much I like them

B) if there's any decent roads near them.

This way if they turn out to be fake/bail at last minute I can go have a bit of fun on some new lanes lol

It's over 15 miles/thirty minutes for me to get anywhere approaching civilisation. Not all of us are in big cities or on the edge of motorways.

I would say anywhere that is further than you are willing to travel is too far.

But then, one could always meet halfway.

Was going to say past the elbow, then I realised you meant travel

Distance isn't the key, as we travel all over the world on a frequent basis and think nothing of popping 140 miles to London to see a band. But first meet any distance away will have to be a club somewhere so even if there is no chemistry there are other options to make it a good night out, once we know someone then there are no distance rules except longer journeys require a weekend not an hour on a school night.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Living up here in the sticks, everywhere is a good drive away.

I prefer not to travel more than about 90 minutes, but may stretch that to 2 hours for the right people.

I have, in the past, combined travel with other passions (had a meet in liverpool, but travelled for the football as well)
