yeah its a difficult read as my american isn't the best and I struggle with their illiterate spelling at times.

I love snow!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think it is happening near me but it's getting close to time when I wake up every morning and bounce to the window only to turn slowly back sniffling 'it's not even snowing today'......this happens on regular basis in my house - lucky I am cute because any other husband would have buried me in the garden by now

As has been pointed out, the first snow of the year up here has already arrived. I'm about 45 minutes/1 hour from the caringorms and skiing. I've made snow angels on the longest day!

Being east coast of scotland and not far from the hills, we often get snow. I love it. Its just about being prepared. Our village got snowed in for 10 days 2 winters ago, that was unsual but interesting.

I seem to remember this time last year that we were going to have the worst/coldest winter in 70+ years. Much snow would fall and no sign of a thaw for weeks on end.

It was very mild and I had one snow flurry for about 30 minutes and it didn't settle.
