What's the best way? I've tried champix. . Suicidal.. done the ecig ridiculous... done the cold turkey.. Hitler has anyone done anything else?! Desperate to quit Im starting to hurl like a steam train it's disgusting. I'm dead against it but really don't know how to quit!

Have you tried patches or inhalators? They are pretty good. I've also heard people say that they have found hypnosis worked.

Tried them.. Whether I'm just weak minded I don't know.. They say if you want to quit.. you will.. I want to but haven't...

I've even tried Ebola but that hasn't worked either!!

Willpower. Convince yourself you don't smoke any more and break the routine. Don't substitute food though

I used to smoke 20 a day ,,i felt as though my health was suffering so tried stopping lasted 5 months ..

Then had an accident punctured lung ,that was it just stopped there an then ,put on weight then started running etc to loose weight ......never looked at a cig again 23 years ago ,,and yes reformed smokers are the worst judges .....just set your mind too the task and get on with it ....no excuses

7 weeks tomorrow smoke free for me. I've tryed loads of times and didn't get through 2/4 hours ( only wanted to give up cos of the cost) but this time was Heath reason and has work so I guess it's is deep down you really wanna give it up and will power. I went to smoking clinic and was given tablets but after 3 weeks stop them to many nightmares and than went cold turkey and working. Don't give up & good luck

3 months incapacitated in a hospital bed should do it. How you get that way though is up to you.

10 1/2 months smoke free.

Tried the ecig, lasted a day and a half. I also found the to be ridiculous. Sat it on the fireplace and never looked back. Within four weeks i could take a deep breath without coughing my lungs up.

I know it doesnt help, but when you really want it to happen, it will.

try incentives, instead of buys cigs put the money into an saving account with a goal to treat yourself to something you've been wanting. When you feel the need check the balance and see what you've been saving...

Can't say it'd work but just a thought (from a smoker lol)
