Just been to see the horror film Annabelle tonite, a very enjoyable horror for a change, anybody else been to see it? if so wots ur verdicts...

I haven't seen it, but I don't really fancy it. It seems a bit too similar to all the other recent ones - Paranormal Activity, Sinister etc.

The real annabelle is a cute'ish Ragdoll. Nothing like the doll in the movie..

Yes, them ancient dolls would appear on old horror movies usually with some dramatic music; horror movies have alot to answer for (spiders etc....)

I would rather be in a room full of spiders than a room full of pot dolls and clowns and you're so right. It's the music that freaks me out more than the actual film.

There's a one called Robert from New Orleans in which the story is sad & more scary than Annabelle

I cant stand things that make me scared or creep me out and I would never look as I hide my face and close my eyes , I do that on Roller coasters too when in the USA I only open at the end . lol

I want to see this. I liked the first film, I believe this is a prequel. It didn't scare me, but was an enjoyable watch.

I too dislike dolls in general, but especially the old porcelain dolls. I was on Ebay the other day looking for Ouija boards and came across dolls that had supposedly been taken from houses that had had paranormal activity. Freaky looking things they were.

How strange that this had been posted; I had a terrible nights sleeps due to nightmares about that bloody doll!! Watched the trailer and it brought back memories of being terrified of her in the other film... Don't think I'll be watching it. I'm such a wuss!!!

I went to the cinema to watch Annabelle last week with a friend from here on Fab. Before i went to see it i saw it was only a 15 cert so thought it can't be that scary, but after watching it there were a couple of scary bits in the film. You may think twice about buying one of those dolls from Ebay after you watch Annabelle, lol.

Saw it earlier this week. Was very very slow. Based on one family so they padded it out. Music made it creepier than the actual film. Waste of money...
