"recently changed to EE from orange and keep getting blocked off adult sites ...anyone know of a way to stop this happening ? Errr call them and ask them to remove the content lock " I have the content lock removed, doesn't stop it randomly coming back on. The other day I was browsing the forum happily, had replied to a post and went to reply to another.....content lock was back on again. It suddenly removed itself about half an hour later. It's a glitch with ee that they just can't seem to resolve

A well known problem with ee even when you've had it removed it randomly puts it back on.....and then removes it....

"i am going back to the store tomorrow to try this as i am stuck in contract with them now" if they try saying you have to pay to get out of your contract remind them they are not providing the service as offered so therefore the contract is void
