We where at the pictures yesterday and seen a couple off here? Would it be rude to say hi we have seen you on Fab ?? Or just ignore.

Maybe a very discreet smile or wink and leave it at that outside in the vanilla world.

I think as long as you are prepared to say who you were, it's cool.

I'd be horrified if someone came up to me in my everyday life and started talking about fab... I'd think that was very indiscreet personally

Ignore it

Id be really pissed off if someone did that to me

Normal life doesn't include my fab life unless I want it too

Having random people coming up to me isn't what I want, what if they had their friends right behind them or within ear shot?

I saw a single gentleman who I had a social will a few months ago yesterday at a conference, I made eye contact once as he made it impossible for me not too, but then carried on as he and I had company

You'd blow all hope of meeting me if you did that.

Swinging is something that is kept to this website or appropriate socials or clubs. Not my everyday life.

I wouldn't mind it if I was on my own. I would say, hey yes I am, how does your diary look for this week?

You could send them a message saying you think you saw them, but in the interests of discretion you didn't approach

Then its up to them if they respond

I think that approach shows a lack of discretion and respect. Just because they are on FAB doesn't mean they want to be approached in vanilla life.

Once bumped into a "single" guy we had seen a couple of times... At our local club.. He was having a cooked brekkie, with his very obvious family in asda. Wouldn't have dreamt of acknowledging him.. There's a time and a place..and a situation... To smile or not to smile.

I wouldn't go up to someone in real life. Message them on here afterwards if you wanted to strike up a conversation.

i agree, I have had this happen to me twice now and I wasn't impressed, one of the times I was at the gym and a guy got on the treadmill next to me and to get my attention he took my head phone out my ear and started telling me he had mailed me on fab

would never approach someone, definately shows lack of respect and class.

however there is another option.

see whos near.

see if they are logged on if so send message saying hi, if they want to engage in chat they will respond or say thanks just out for vanilla evening.

but at least u have not crossed the line by walking upto them.

Would you guys be okay with anyone off here approaching you if they recognise you

Even if it's a couple you've "played" with before you should definately walk on by! We had a couple turn up at the stables where we kept our horse (had mentioned rough location on the date during conversation)& they tracked us down during a Sunday drive, really really not cool trying to explain to the kids & fellow stable mates who they were, think I might've been a little rude to them!

I'd say "Hi" at a safe distance...

You don't know HOW they are gonna react to YOU knowing THEY are on Fab...

I think its rude and inappropriate to approach people if you recognise them.

Just because we all share an interest in swinging, does not mean that we have the right to approach anyone off this site should they ever have the misfortune to be recognised.

Saw a guy in the high st after a night at a club, just all passed each other by with just a small nod as the woman he was with wasn't at the club, subtle is the only way.

Noooo, pretend you don't know them. Unless it was an adult cinema maybe discretion is everything on here. We can be our truest kinkiest selves that way xx

We would be real pissed of if someone said something to us in public, a block from Shaz would be inevitable.
