There seems to be negative vibes buzzing around fab at the moment. People kicking off out of context, bbw v skinny v staying v leaving v men v women.

We all have our reasons for being here, so if you are feeling a little down, turn that frown around.

For all those feeling a little sorry for themselves for getting blocked, getting messsages deleted, been let down by a timewaster etc, please spare a thought for those who have lost friends or family recently, give them a hug because no matter how bad you think your day is, their life has changed forever.

So, I know some people will post crap on some threads, just take a second to breathe deeply and let it go. Some things aren't worth getting tied up over.

well im grinning - he had been away for over two weeks and came back yesterday - plenty good sex and a lush shared bath and an unexpected meet last night that lasted til a very foggy dawn

- home - kip and then a brunch of bacon and egg butties - pretty damn fantastic im feeling ( even if a little achy and sore in all the right places)
