I only watch it for the auditions so i can see the looneys. Then i get bored of it. Always the same, even when they do have really good talent they ruin it during the live shows, with the exeption of leona and jermaine.

Make up your own minds. Just think about the only (self confessed) aim of simon cowell is to make money. Then look at the basic fact it's cover versions of fantastic artists. Who wouldnt like songs like bridge over troubled water no matter who sang it?

We live in a media controlled world, if you want true talent, go and watch a live band in your local. That's talent... without bleached teeth and an anorexic diet!

Listening to some of it now and am amazed at just how utterly mediocre so many of the contestants are, I mean ok so the X Factor is hardly known for genuine talent, but at least there's usually one or two who sound fairly good each year. The Voice was crap this year too.
