Titz Towers, North Notts

I've been having a nap on the sofa, so I'm late in checking out the posts. Sorry all.

derby

Being an ex-squaddie, I'd rather be an hour early than 10min late.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've become more relaxed about it as I have grown older.

It rankles rather than drive me me nuts now.

Hate lateness shows complete lack of respect and is rude.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrggggghhh"

Are you late or is someone late meeting you?

I don't like being late for things but i get easily distracted by things when i'm getting ready. I was late meeting someone last night by 1 minute, lol.

Twat head was 15 mins late picking my son up this morning and 25 mins late dropping him off. When I suggested someone should get him a watch for Xmas he said I'm never late. Maybe a couple of mins. I couldn't even be bothered to point out that he's not been less than ten mins late since he started taking him out nearly 3 years ago!!

Being late on a regular basis like that is just disrespectful. Maybe you could forgive the odd 1 or 2 times being late now and again, but more than 10 mins late consistently over 3 years is out of order, can see why you are annoyed by it.

North of The Wall - youll need your vest

One of my friends is ALWAYS at least 30 mins late. So now theres no problem because we just tell her that we are meeting 30 mins earlier than we really are.

I used to have a mate at school like that - hed always miss the bus into town on a weekend so we always told him we were meeting an hour earlier than we were so he'd get on the right bus...
