I found the second series that depressing I had to watch Mrs Brown's Boys to cheer myself back up. I'm yet to work up the enthusiasm for series 3.

while I have watched it religiously,the last few seasons have at times been a bit damp...some episodes have clearly been issues of padding in my opinion.Season 3 kicked off amazingly...then things started going iffy.Season 4, with the new(and crappy) characters, the chance encounters from sets of people who had lost contact was pretty ridiculous.

And FFS....what ever happened to the winter periods...?- must be easy to survive a zombie apocalypse during the winter...aye right!

Lost was always a bit like that though, you would get a coupple of episodes that were clealry padding then suddenly you would get another one that would anser some questions and get you hooked again...

Personally i love the fact that American TV is having to use Brit actors as their leads... I still can only see Andrew Lincoln as Egg from This Life though

s4 was pretty slow, but boy, that last episode... woooo XD

I found s2 (I think it was?)the series on the farm. That dragged on too slowly, tho it did set up a lot of background.

hoping s5 picks up the pace again

other underrated zombie ones:

bite me

death valley

its nice to see an injection of humour/cliches etc, something we wont find in the walking dead(while I'm a huge fan),sometimes its self obsessed seriousness can be a little boring.

Z Nation has the worst acting of any Zombie movie or TV series! If it wasn't for the brief mention to 'Walking Dead' I wouldn't be bothering, it's almost as bad 'Sharknado' the women who has to squash every Zombie on the road with the truck is unbelievably bad as a character and actor!! she nearly always ends up totaling the truck!!

The episode with Sunshines Cult leader 'Father'! well WTF! how long does it take to realise there's no beef available!!

The general in the last episode was well..defying all skills of acting!

when you consider that 2 of the actors are known for somewhat better work than this they must be seriously hard up!

Tom Everett Scott = Garnett

'An American Werewolf in Paris' 1997

it's compelling viewing for the sheer fact it's utter rubbish!

Season 1 was great.

Season 2 was pretty good too.

Season 3 was bad, but watched it hoping it would get better.

Season 4 was boring until the end.

I'm hoping Season 5 picks up again and that the writers start looking to end it, as it's gone on too long now without any sort of direction.

while I enjoyed it and was anticipating it greatly...the (no spoiler),trough part was too predictable and highly rubbish.

what a coincidence that character A and B, just so happen to be saved by events unfolding outside...and some diehard style comments from a captive "thats the blade I'm gonna kill u with"(as characterA is handcuffed and nearing his murder)
