but got there in the end - british gas eh - at last i am going to get their bill with my name on - very long story and a very long phone call today but there you have it

haha beats me - bills have been paid just stupid people - partly me cos i gave up trying to change it but have mentioned it on odd occasions when paying online - actually got through to not one but TWO proper people today with working brains
