couldnt stop as road really busy, couldnt get in pocket for tissue as seatbelt was over pocket, no option at that precise moment.

Just make sure the rear window isn't also open.

A friend of mine threw up out of a moving car. It blew back in through the back window and all over her boyfriends best mate!
