You ran into the back someone having driving lessons. Would you think they would be scarred for life? Or would they be more happy at a whiplash claim payout sometime?

Just a pop quiz - not digging a grave or anything like that at all

Strange question. Despite the media hype, a whiplash injury can be devastating and have life- changing consequences. Ask a severe whiplash sufferer whether he/she would prefer a financial payout or to be free from suffering. I suspect that I know the answer that you would get ....and it might well be less than polite.

I would say that if you ran into the back of someone having a driving lesson that you should have been paying more attention.

"Ok to be more specific. Say it was at less that 5mph?"

Your post may have been intended to be lighthearted but it was clearly lacking in compassion. I would give it up. It is probably best. People injured through no fault of their own can only hope for some financial recompense or "compensation" and while that may be of assistance to them in getting by financially it can in no way reverse their injury. Whatever speed was involved.
