When you are low on milk, do you start to use less and less, because you're a lazy bugger and can't be arsed going to the shop?

I know I do

I've been known to go for weeks or even months without any milk in the house. I only tend to get it if I have tea and coffee drinking friends coming round.

The same in this household. We have hazelnut milk for cereal, but not actual milk. Hazelnut works in coffee for most people, but not in tea.

We've been known to keep someone talking in the front room, while someone nips out the back door to fetch a small carton from the shop across the road!

in the night garden

I tend to not run out as the neighbour still gets it delivered so I take his. Failing that there is always some stray lactating cat knocking about the streets. Foxes are a special treat.

If it gets desperate I dress as a milk maid, jump over the back hedge and Daisy's udders soon fill up my pail.

Same. They all know the rules . . . if you want tea, bring milk.

Haha yes I do. I'm drinking less tea at moment so I don't use the last of my pint before I buy some later when I'm at work! 36p for a pint can't be bad.. That's cause i use my staff discount on it haha

The shop down the road is always open or it seems that way so a 3 min return walk is easier that watering milk down.

A 6 pint bottle of blue top sees me safely through the week, and I can drink tea for England in the morning

Long life milk should come with a government health warning
