had bacon, egg, sausage, tomatos, mushrooms, slice of fried bread and mug of tea.

Going on a bike ride, so had to bulk up

I have to have breccy I can miss any other meal of the day, but can't miss my starter for ten

Usually start the working day with a bowl of porridge, made with full milk, and sugar not salt. This keeps me going till early afternoon

This thread just reminded me.....

I owe the takeaway shop a pound as i was short on my pizza order from Friday night.

Its worrying that the shop were ok about it. I don't even need to say my name when i go in to pick up my phoned in order
