I always imagined that a fb would naturally occur after a few meets,getting along well with someone,both enjoying being with each other but not worrying about each other seeing other people

I would have thought that advertising for one was harder work

Yeah get you with that meets are hard to get being a single bloke so would like a more reg thing than put it around like to get to know people better find it more easier and can chat openly and try things

Yes I believe that entirely and don't get fooled into your more than a fb just before they ask to set up a couple profile lol! If I want to meet couples that want a single fem

I could do with a Cook buddy. Not a servant or chef, I can look after myself. Just sometimes I really can't be arsed!

So a friend to pop round every now and then, to make sure I'm eating well and getting 5 a day (think its 7 now, I can't keep up with the numbers) would be great. Thanks

Mine just happen without planning. You may wish for something and be disappointed or keep an open mind.

I live my life the same - enjoying each day as it comes. With your fb love each meet and appreciate what you have now. There's not a magic point when a shag meet becomes a fb, so don't try to label it or control the natural order of things. By all means put it out there that you're open to regular hook UPS, but that's perhaps the most you need to do.
