Had this for about 2 months once during a really stressful period at work. Incredibly annoying!!

(If it's muscle tiredness type twitching it usually goes after a day or two though)

Do you wear contacts? I get a twitchy eye when I've not worn them for a couple of days

Its stress and or tiredness, I get it quite a lot as I burn the candle at both ends, drives me nuts but a couple of good night sleeps and it soon goes.

Dr Pan has spoken.....usually a load of bull admittedly but on this occasion its true, lol.

I used to get this a lot until I started taking naps when I knew I wouldn't get much sleep at night. Sorted it out. I still get it when stressed but at least it's only temp

Yeah I've had it before - always during very stressful periods in my life. If you can do some relaxing things like massage, exercise and meditation it will help.
